After restarting your machine, the SVN context menu should be visible on any folder. Select any folder and right click mouse to see the TortoiseSVN context menu.

The following screenshot shows SVN Settings page when selecting the Settings sub context menu of TortoiseSVN context menu.

You can customize the SVN features and settings through SVN Settings page.
